What is SonSpirit?
SonSpirit is an exciting, high-energy time of worship
that includes praise, reflection, and prayer. Centered on Jesus
Christ, SonSpirit features positive, practical, down-to-earth spiritual
messages enhanced by multimedia images and up-tempo music. The
SonSpirit worship team includes a praise band with song leaders
backed by guitars, keyboards, and drums. Come, give thanks, and
worship in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere that will make you
leave feeling alive and eager to invite and share God's love with
others.
SonSpirit is for young and old alike and is held
at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday morning at Newark United Methodist Church's
social hall (Heritage Hall), which is on the second floor of its
facility. Come early and enjoy some coffee at our 10:30 fellowship
time, but come as you are. We want you to feel comfortable here.

How can I contact someone about SonSpirit?
Because SonSpirit is a collaborative effort, we welcome
your participation not just during Sunday morning worship. If you'd
like to get involved, please contact us.
It's simple! Just send
us an email. Or if you'd like, you can call the church
office during normal business hours (8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.) Monday
through Friday.
