Rev. Dr. James C. Faltot

Greetings from the Congregational Care and Outreach work areas.  Our goal is to respond to the needs of everyone - members and community folk alike.  We take seriously our responsibility to be present to one another.  Most of this ministry is lay led:  we have a lay visitation team, a home eucharistic team, follow-up after care, the empowerment center and code purple sanctuary.  There is much more information available to be found on the ministry pages of this website.  I am now serving in my fourth year here at Newark and am loving every moment of it.  In addition to congregational care and outreach, I also have worship responsibilities and head up the Membership Committee.  If I can be any help to your on your spiritual journey, please don't hesitate to contact at .  May God bless you richly.

Rev. Mary K. Haggard

As the Youth and Campus Pastor, I want to welcome you to our church.  This is my second year in this shared position with the Wesley Foundation Campus Ministry, and my fourth year working at Newark U.M.C.  I am proud to say that we have great ministries in place for both Youth, College Students, and Young Adults.  There are many ways to be in fellowship, to learn, to worship, and to serve.  Our goal is to share in each other's faith journey, as we grow in our understanding of God's love and how we are called to respond to that love.
